Good on Chris Joye, calling the bluff of the "guaranteed" 40-50% drops we hear on a daily basis.


think of it this way as an example.

Bassy Abbie has claimed on these threads to have just sold in the $1.2m+ range and BG has claimed he makes $250k pa taxable year in year out trading (for 5 years straight - his words).

just think of putting that money to work on a short to the downside then covering as the 40% drop approaches...just as many have outlined for years "WILL" happen.

you make 40% on the way down, and a 40% saving on todays prices.

surely there must be dozens of posters here ready to go?

I think I have even heard a few saying they would love to short property.
