I posted here some time ago, early last year from memory, about realestate in Karoo. The site I found was using the impending uranium mining boom as selling point for investors.
I contacted them at the time and they emailed me back. They indicated a couple of companies but not PEN so I put PEN to them. They also were very upbeat and positve about the impact on Beaufort West region.
