saragian,you offer a very compelling opinion,and that is imo what it is,my belief is that in a very (and getting even more)competitive ,regulated envirement the only survivors will be those that have the financial muscle to use said regs to the disadvantage of smaller competitors as witnessed by the (once)demise of fruiterers,,of course smart money will always have friends in high places ad infinitum
