benson-apparently there are a lot more customer complaints about Woolies on line than coles.
this relates to price and delivery times.
i really do not think they have a clue at running their supermarkets at the moment,and about the only potential savior is ironically the new to be crowned savior.
when they get the basics right,maybe then they can focus on improving online performance.
the bonus for both wow and coles online is not that great at the moment anyway.
