i have to agree ACCC would be a major block plus a lot of suppliers who are getting screwed by CML WOW would be a very vocal voice against a move on FOA due to competiton or what is a lack of it now.after the sh*t fight after franklins i doubt very much a FOA takeover would get past first base.for chart people FOA has a double top in place.
