Not for long though.
SMA has been quiet for a long time.
Its a different setup of a company being involved in 2 totally seperate business activities:
a web based GIS software application
mining exploration.
A background "about us from their website".
Infoseeker..just noticed your post...I'll post this one still and more stuff I can find.
I noticed SMA aroudn the Olympic games in Bejing time as they we're getting swimmer Ian Thorpe to represent them I think. Not sure how it went.
Anyway...this is under the radar, has been for a long long time.
This deal just announced bring in $7 million a year.
Shares in total: 654,444,711
Market caps at different share prices:
SMA @ 0.9c = $5.8 million
SMA @ 1.0c = $6.5 million
SMA @ 1.1c = $7.2 million
SMA @ 1.2c = $7.9 million
SMA @ 1.3c = $8.5 million
SMA @ 1.4c = $9.2 million
SMA @ 1.5c = $9.8 million
SMA @ 1.6c = $10.5 million
SMA @ 1.7c = $11.1 million
SMA @ 1.8c = $11.8 million
SMA @ 1.9c = $12.4 million
SMA @ 2.0c = $13.1 million
SMA @ 2.5c = $16.4 million
SMA @ 3.0c = $19.6 million
SMA @ 4.0c = $26.2 million
SMA @ 5.0c = $32.7 million
Getting in 7 million a year with market cap at 1c being 6.5million and with SMA having a mineral exploration business as well.....thats under the radar imo.
More info to come and bought some at 1.1 and 1c so far.
I personally think this will be 3c in the short term....few week once it starts getting noticed.

Coolgardie Gold N.L. ("Coolgardie") was incorporated in 1983 and listed on the Australian Stock Exchange in 1984. Coolgardie commenced production of gold in 1987 in its own right, and in December 1995 reached agreement with Herald Resources Ltd (a gold producer on neighbouring tenements) to form a joint venture by combination of both companies tenements, mines and mills. Coolgardie and Herald Resources held 50% each of shares in a Joint Venture company. Initially, this venture was successful with an annualised production of approximately 150,000 ounces per annum. In the second year, it was decided that this venture was too small for two companies and Herald purchased Coolgardie's shares in the joint venture company. Coolgardie then became a cashed up company looking for new assets and new challenges.
The company acquired 20% equity in the high-tech Company SmartTrans Limited on 5th October 1999 and moved progressively to its present 95% ownership stake. SmartTrans Limited services an ever-increasing number of Australia's best known businesses delivering improvements in efficiencies and service levels through a combination of Web-based Geographical Information System (GIS) Computer Software, digital road data and mobile data communications (GPRS and CDMA).
The company has retained its highly promising gold and base metals exploration tenements in Queensland which it coninues to actively explore.
Shareholders approved a change in the Company's name and status to “Sm@rtTrans Holdings Limited” (“SmartTrans”) at the Annual General Meeting on 23 rd November 2000 and the new name and ASX code, “SMA”, appeared on the ASX on 23rd January 2001.
