I think $8 a share is a bit fanciful. This would represent a forward price to earnings multiple of 13.91 - 14.55, based on Corbett's forecast of 55-57.5c after goodwill for 2002-2003. A price to earnings of 14 implies no growth (a la telstra) not the 10-15% implied here. Keep in mind as well that these forecasts go out the window in the event of a share buyback. Consumer Electronics was dissapointing.
