    How clever is our Board/management?

    Terrific opportunity isn't it, a non-renounceable rights issue at 4c hoping to raise $5M to fritter away.

    Shame the market thinks they're only worth 3.5c, guess the money from long suffering shareholders won't be forthcoming.

    Nothing changes, Board renewal, management renewal, this company remains a complete dud.
