I had a similarly unsatisfactory experience elsewhere at another WOW. I went into chapter and verse on the TGR forum - see the above attachment.
As noted above, others have recounted various experiences in finding these new TGR Tropic Co two kg boxes of uncooked prawns.
If it was just restricted to one WOW supermarket, we'd all be less concerned.
