In the $7s or the $8s, it is hard nigh impossible to pick the bottom & never very safe. If it gets run, why not buy on momentum if it hits $9 or $10 if Knox gets the B/S back together, debt under control. projects completed etc. ORG, SXY & a couple of others r better value IMHO. I will buy back in when Knox fixes the debt/leverage problem. Then there is less risk & it is better compared to other players. the market 2day realised this & moved accordingly, STO underperformed for a reason compared with ORG & SXY.
