the disciplined pros think this is likely a head fake rally in oil - when you get mini rallies the funds buy the best quality stocks as they give them time to get out if the trend reverses and still make money
so wpl osh will generally perform better at start of something like this. if oil keep going thoough then sto would outperform.
thats why you see sto up more todasy - each day fuirther along the risk appetite increases
