    The ASX don't care as they are not the Regulator anymore and are more than happy to rake in the money from the trades. I still can't understand how the ASX can trade itself on its own market - surely a HUGE conflict of interest but even the Regulator and Government don't appear to care either. Money talks don't they say ;-) ;-).
