Just for info, the voting result for the remuneration report last year was:
For - 467,583,321
Against - 185,140,458
So, you only need 141,221,432 extra votes against to swing it.
On current prices that will only set you back about $5,112,215,820.30
Lucky for you it's a very liquid stock.
