Maybe... Although the ACCC enquiry into Supermarkets isn't due out until August, so it might be a fair bit of time until there's clear air on the political front here.
Go back and read some of the Rod Sims comments about Woolworths (back when he was ACCC Chair circa 2012-2014), there's some chance that the ACCC will go pretty hard on them this time, particularly around opening new stores and acquisitions. The ACCC tried the go-soft route in the 2008 enquiry, basically defending W&C, and then Woolies in particular turned around and made them look foolish within a few years.
