I guess if you buy it now around $32 on a PE ratio of about 22, what would be the reason for share price rise ?
it would need to be either substantial earnings growth, or else PE expansion back to the mid 20's.
I can't see either happening in the current environment.
WOW was on PE ratios well below 20 back in 2015 - 2016 ( average PE 16 in 2015 and as low as 11 in 2016 )
so it could well become cheaper.
I'd like to pick it up below $30 on a PE below 20
by the way, the 5 year chart looks like a big H&S pattern to me
