Slightly off piste but looking to change car insurance. One of the comparison sites mentioned Woolworths insurance as being the cheapest. Rang them up. I woman who could hardly speak or understand English answered. After about 30 min of very stilted an painful conversation she finally quoted twice what the comparison site said. When questioned the answer was it’s cheaper to do it online. Complete shambles. Yes they should stick to retailing.
