    good announcement from rau.
    i think the reason people havent got on this is because its only a letter of intent and more than half the time nothing happens from these, so they mean nothing really.
    the reason it did go up a bit however is the fact rau and el mutun in the same sentence is a positive for the comapany. ill sit on the sidelines and watch for now. been burnt to many times with this stock.does have potential tho.
