Surf rat, dbl et all, the reason QAN is not doing as we'll is because the old and crusts do not understand that the world has changed. It is the unions and the non flexible workforce that are hurting QAN the most. If outsourcing the engineers overseas delivers a better result than go for it. If contract labour is cheaper than go for it. If hiring overseas staff saves money than go for it. This is a business after all not a public service. If staff don not like this than leave and get a real job in a competitive world. Good behaviour will be rewarded.
