Environmental groups are going to find it difficult to persuade the government to block coal access for coldry export. Especially the fact that coldry will reduce not only carbon emmissions but lower level of sulphur and ash emmitted .
greenpeace stance on not using coal was the high sulphur emmissions ,need to update their knowledge regarding ESI.
