    What are you talking about? 20,000 shares get traded for most of the day and all someone has to do is buy a measly 3,000,000 more in one go and you jump to conclusions - nothing suscipious about that!

    I hope it's a govt insider who knows CWE is about to get a whopping big grant once this things in the water.
