Can you please explain to everyone how you came to this conclusion after MRC just raised $5mil from institutional investors, they have another $2.86mil commitment from its major shareholders, This means MRC will at least have $7.86 mil from the capital raising prior to the entitlement offer being sent to shareholders.

As you would know the entitlement offer to shareholders is expected to be dispatched to shareholders in the next few days. where they intend to raise $15mil.

Claiming the administrators are going to be called in after the company has already secured all the funds to pay out any creditors is stupidity at best. Either that or you lack any intelligence and cannot read an ASX announcement.

You claim that I am paid to post, Which is complete BS, but you on the other hand always turn up when the company requires to raise funds and we know your employment history with MVC. You have also said many times that you want the company to fail.
