IMO there is no capping here. It's genuine sellers(being speculators, T3rs or just holders that are losing faith unfortunately).
The longest the stock price stays at this levels the hardest will be to break the 3 key levels before any upside. Key levels are 16c, 26-26.5c and 39c IMHO....
