If they were all genuine, it would cause a panic among sellers seeing that many in queue and more would step down to sell at 12.5 cents.
If you had 1M shares to sell, would you put it just above the previous close price? They are (at least some) IMO intentionally smothering the stock.
If the buyers end up stepping up or sellers stepping down we'll see soon enough if they are real. If they are t3ers or speculators then they will likely have to sell today, in which case they will be bought. If they run for the hills though on a rally, they're capping.
