Cease the moment. It would be a good time for Bullzeye to do a Capital Raise of 60 mil now (for future mine construction). Given that funds are difficult to find currently, EMR may be in a position to clean up the additional shares not taken up by Bullzeye shareholders. EMR should have the funds in the bank by now.
