Tangey, are you implying that the B'sEye acquisition is worth nothing or next to nothing because that would be the only way that EMR holders could consider themselves as being diluted through this deal. As for being diluted with a CR for drilling at B'sEye I am sure that they won't be delving into your or my pocket for funding to undertake that programme ,they will be using profits from the Okvau operation to fund this. The only ones that will be getting "hit up" will be the remaining B'sEye holders (for their relevant share of expenses) that didn't take up the offer to become EMR shareholders, and if they can't stump up then THEY will be the the ones getting diluted.
