    I'm a bit confused here:
    I'm eligible for the 3:4 at 20 cents BUT the current issue will result in a major dilution and currently sees shares at 25 cents.
    Leightons own a major part of the company.
    What are the chances of Leightons buying my shares?
    What are your thoughts?
    Take the rights..Yes or No?
    There is a housing shortage BUT....
