    I wonder why this is still in trading halt?

    I am not sure if this is a good thing:

    Devine founder, David Devine, has announced plans to sell his stake in the property group, in response to a disagreement with fellow shareholder, Leighton Holdings. Leighton Holdings will increase its stake in the group to 49.7% after an upcoming institutional placement and rights issue.
