IGR already have 470M shares plus 50M options. Add another 160M for the $40M at 25 cents.

A cap raising at 25 cents will see the SP fall to 25 cents. (Like the last SPP which was at 19.5 cents and the SP hung around this level for 2-3 months).


Phase 1 profit is $128M (after cap of $64M paid back) which is 18 cents/share (assuming they dont do anymnore cap raising). They claim to be conservative in their calculations so they go ahead and use a Gold price of $1,250/oz which is $100 more than the current price. In presentations they state how much more they can produce when Gold is $1,450/oz .. talk about counting your cheickens before they hatch.
