you answered your own quesiton. the inconsistency between the SP and BLR's resource is because you have doubts (as others do) about the quality of the inferred resource because the drills were 50 to 100m apart. usually in life if things are too good to be true people believe they usually are.
hence the mispricing, IMO.
infill drilling would prove one of us wrong.
nonetheless even taking the smaller high grade sections its still ridiculous.
