Definitely and across all states but i also think its important that they do have a lot close together as they have with Sydney.
If you want to capture the market you have to make the app applicable across all the venues the users visit. They will quickly tire of the app and flick it if it doesn’t work everywhere they go. Really important to blanket anywhere they put a geo location - isolated ones are pointless - you put 1 somewhere you put 20+ there.
