depends on growth and the cost of equity. At the moment you have the market valuing wow at 30.7bln with what looks like about a 1.5% growth rate in cashflows for the next 2-3 years. and wes at 34.2bln with 3.5-4% growth in cashflows for about 6 years. could all change next month, wow i would look to pick up on any market selloffs like august 2011 or below $24 looks good. If you could buy wes at $26 - $27 that would be great.
