    Nowhere near what is needed. I wonder if what we are seeing here is a preview for other corporations with similar models i.e. 1300 SMILES.

    The problem I see is that remuneration will always be an issue since the company's competitive advantage is in the scarcity of available doctors, particularly since clients are attracted to the skills of the doctors not the company brand/reputation.

    But with doctors owning 30+% of this thing I doubt they are just going to walk away or milk it for one or two years of bloated salaries before it collapses.

    I also doubt the government would let so many practices go into receivership while such a large backlog of public health care eye patients exists.

    Pretty hard to get a read on this one.
