Sandy kicked the guts out of US. A lot of deals have been comprimised as money suddnly tightened. Oil is down - not good - well maybe a good thing. At these prices there are many sub and marginal pay fields around and there could be a downturn in deployed rigs - MAD could very well take advantage with Gulf's money. [there is a monthly deployment report I'll dig it out next month].
