Have a look over at BSL, same deal mgt and unions at loggerheads daily to try to win a war of attrition, it doesn't work there's plenty more examples. Both sides are to blame equally at the expense of employees and Australia, whilst they are slugging it out they can't concentrate on the main ball game and that's to be competitive. This mentality is generations old.
