To be fair, you are right in saying that Joyce has not been there for the last 10 years. He has been QAN CEO since November 28, 2008. Granted, not a massive period of time as CEO but still enough to make some fundamental positive changes, the most important in my mind is positive engagement with staff. Less fighting, more cooperation and hopefully that helps lead to excellent results and profits. Sadly, when standing at the crossroads, Joyce decided to go the other way. Disengage the staff, more fighting, less cooperation and lousy business results and almost zero profits. mmmm. ask yourself, if you were CEO, which way would you go when standing at the crossroad??

BTW, anyone notice the ALL TIME LOW SP for QAN?? Speaks volumes about the need for a change of management, heads should roll and soon. If not now, when will it ever happen??
