I was disappointed by the terms of their recent $3.6M placement. I think they should have shopped around a bit more. A "33.5% discount to the 15-day" VWAP is subpar. Regardless, I am hopeful this one could be at least a five bagger in the next one to three years if their drilling program is a success and the tin spot price remains above $30k USD. My understanding is Heemskirk is the highest grade greenfield tin project. I do wonder though if there are more Bissie (Alphamin Resources) grade (Sn% > 4%) deposits waiting to be discovered.
