I think I understand the company's business model. Put simply - they do not view the production of tin as a revenue driver. All the tin deposit does is provide an investor narrative. They publish the occasional PPT, maybe drill an hole or two every couple of years, mainly to entice in some retail investors. The main thrust of their energies is focused on the CRs, which keeps the mgmt team and TC fed and watered. Its not a particularly sophisticated model, and the vast majority of seasoned investors obviously steer well clear (hence the sub-$20m MC), but it does the job
