What numbers in the quarterly would make you assess the risk as suitable considering the company structure where there is a controlling shareholder?

What commentary would give you confidence to keep invested or invest further?

Has it come up on a fundamental scan to get your interest or looking at a technical trade? Asking as I have looked at the fundamentals for years and been disappointed by the execution at just about every level. Haven't seen what the new managers propose as a direction apart from the usual general grow the business which has been a struggle to get real scale.
