A dominant shareholder that can prevent any uninvited action and the prize is quite small?
Dominant shareholder with control can manipulate asset if they like to fend off any action so not sure who would bother. I don't believe there is any "tension"and many observers are mistaking cross holding reporting as possible tension IMO?
