I think today's announcement from dominion is very significant.
Confirms that someone else sees IMP's strategy as sound!!!, (ie: buying quality assets off distrssed sellers in the appalachian region). Any aggregation in the listed players is years away, the focus is on buying the distressed assets. The US is dead keen on becoming energy independent this area won't be excluded.
