That is only a matter of opinion. For, for the long term holders it shouldn't matter the short term fluctuations in the market. The real thing for them is when they decide to sell at the end, and what offer is on the table at that particular time.
But hey, to each his own. And the market has a place for everyone and every type of investor as well.
