im just a realist. i hardly think that it was the existing shareholder that bought the shareprice up from 2.11 to 2.45 friday.
what happens if the market was underwater and institutions didnt want to pay the $1.95 whilst they waited for the undersubscriptions to be determined.
bet you would be complaining then that the company should have done a quick and easy placement.
