I think management need to explain why they did a cr at 9 cents only 30 days prior.
surely in the interest of all holders,and not just the institutions and sophisticated buyers, it would have been better to do a cr after these launches which were already planned.
A cr at 13 or 14 cents wouldnot have been to difficult
