ellaishani, it's a fair question. There is no doubt sophisticated's were looked after in that transaction. Unfortunately its part and parcel of business. You scratch someone's back, they'll scratch yours, that's how it works.
In the end though, a placement at 9c or 13c, I am planning on it not having a significant effect on POHs future share price. I work out that the issue at 9c represents almost 3% extra dilution than if it was at 13c.
