    Yeah, I don't see myself selling it, even though I am 20% up within a month...

    They have a great dividend/payout ratio, no debt, consistent management and as far as I'm concerned, a good performing sector.

    I originally bought this with the intention of just cashing in on the 10% F/F dividend and seeing where the SP goes - turns out I got more than I wanted, haha.
