It is indeed... but I'm expecting there'll be some selling down into 0.2c as the day progresses. This is partially exuberance over finally having another announcement from the company ;)
I'm sure overall it'll slowly climb from here, but it may dip back into a small 0.2c sell queue before the day is over.
