Possibly. I certainly hope so.
Incidentally, I did a bit of figuring based on the Appendix 3B announcements on ASX's web site. Not counting the SPP or second tranche, I make it 264,845,435 shares and options for the company (a small overestimate, since it includes options exercisable at $1 and $1.50, amongst others). On that basis, and a $200 million market cap, the shares "should" be around 75 cents.
Mind you, it used to be not much more than 200 million shares (and not that long ago), which just goes to show what share issues and dilution can do for the company's per share value...
