Court case is next Monday (15th) for 3 days.

I doubled my holding in two trades this week @ 16.5 because of the low price and because of the court case timing, so was very happy to see the move today.

So much good noise about energy needs/ energy security for NSW that suggest we should see DTE cleared to proceed.

I've also taken the time to read most of DTE's information on their technical approach and plans, which does not line up with the (mis) information put out by the opponents. Hope DTE get a fair hearing, get a positive outcome from the courts and can start work soon, which would be very good for both NSW residents and shareholders, not to mention management and staff at DTE.
