Sorry, the GRY implied takeover valuation of $529m market cap and $1.32 per share was the EV/Oz valuation which did not include GRYs substantial $70m odd cash and liquid investments. Cash and Investments are worth 17cents alone.

Therefore by using the same metrics as the AZH takeover, the comparable implied takeover valuation of GRY can be $599m or $1.49 per share. Please correct my figures if you can. Happy Easter to all!!!!
