I believe Item 5. (Approval of Issue of Shares to Mr Peter Henderson in accordance with Listing Rule 10.11), will be watered down or removed from the AGM.

I would be wise too if they decided to retire Heath.

The remuneration report we should, (and I already have), vote down, but of course it is not binding the first time....the significance of us voting it down however will not be lost, both within the company, but across at EPW, and in the press and several government monitors.

With respect to Gregory Short, I have also voted AGAINST his election, however if he remains to stand before shareholders at the AGM, (October 25th), I wouldn't be too fazed. Let him speak to the proposal and see what he thinks he can do for US!

Too little transparency with some of these appointments; I know it is the way it is done, but that doesn't make it the best way.

Just keep in mind fellow shareholders, the proposal for a General Meeting does not reduce the importance for each and every one of us to register our long held frustration NOW, by voting down, (AGAINST), the resolutions at the upcoming AGM.

In my opinion, the sooner you do it the better. One does not have to wait for the papers in the post, go online at Computershare and lodge your vote NOW!
